1synthesis methods
-

Yield:66573-61-3 81%

Reaction Conditions:

with palladium bis[bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene] dichloride;potassium carbonate in 1,4-dioxane;water at 90; for 3 h;Inert atmosphere;

Steps:

1 Step 1: 3-chloro-6-(3-fluorophenyl)pyridazine

3,6-dichloropyridazine (0.167 mmol) of 3-fluorophenylboronic acid, 140 mg (1.006 mmol) of K2CO3 and 27 mg (0.033 mmol) of Pd (dppf) 2Cl2 were dissolved in 3 ml of dioxane and 1 ml of H2O, Followed by stirring at 90 DEG C for 3 hours. After the reaction, the mixture was extracted with MC and K2CO3 (aq), and the organic layer was dried with MgSO4. The residue was separated by column chromatography (hexane: ethyl acetate = 2: 3) to obtain 114 mg (81%).
