人胃泌素I[Leu15]性质、用途与生产工艺
多肽
胃泌素是一种重要的胃肠激素,它主要由G细胞分泌。G细胞是典型的开放型细胞,以胃窦部最多,其次是胃底、十二指肠和空肠等处,另外人胰岛的D细胞亦能分泌胃泌素。胃泌素的主要作用是刺激胃黏膜细胞增殖;刺激壁细胞分泌盐酸和主细胞分泌胃蛋白酶原;刺激胃窦与肠运动,延缓胃排空;刺激胰液、胆汁和肠液分泌。人胃泌素I[Leu15]是Gastrin改造后的序列,由17个氨基酸组成,其中第15个氨基酸换成Leu,序列中有4个连续的Glu增加了多肽合成的难度。
