弹性蛋白性质、用途与生产工艺

简介

弹性蛋白是一种细胞外基质蛋白，为动脉、肺、腱、皮肤和韧带等组织提供弹性和弹性。弹性纤维有两种成分，其中一种由ELN基因编码。这种蛋白质具有高比例的疏水性氨基酸，如甘氨酸和脯氨酸，形成可移动的疏水性结构域。ELN位于人类基因组的7号染色体上。ELN基因的选择性剪接导致在人中形成至少11种原弹性蛋白同种型。

来源分布

弹性蛋白是弹性纤维的主要成分，主要存在于结缔组织尤其腱和动脉的弹性组织中的一种主要的硬蛋白。胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白是真皮层中的蛋白质，真皮层位于皮肤表皮层下方（表皮层就是我们眼睛可以看得到的皮肤最顶层）。

组成

弹性蛋白中疏水性氨基酸含量高达95%，其中有许多是甘氨酸、脯氨酸和亮氨酸。弹性蛋白初合成时为水溶性单体，分子量为70000，称为原弹性蛋白(tropoelastin)，在修饰中部分脯氨酸羟化生成羟脯氨酸。原弹性蛋白从细胞中分泌出来后，部分赖氨酸经氧化酶催化氧化为醛基，并与另外的赖氨酸的ε－氨基缩合成吡啶衍生物，称为链素。

作用

1. 弹性蛋白可以改善血管老化，保护心血管健康。

2. 弹性蛋白可以增强肌肤弹性，改善肌肤状态。

3. 弹性蛋白对于抑制胸部下垂也有着功不可没的作用。
