生物活性

Thiocillin I 是一种硫肽抗生素，对革兰氏阳性细菌菌株具有体外抗菌活性。Thiocillin I 对金黄色葡萄球菌 1974149 菌株，粪肠球菌 1674621 菌株，枯草芽孢杆菌 ATCC 6633 菌株和化脓链球菌 1744264 菌株的 MIC 值分别为 2 μg/ mL，0.5 μg/ mL，4 μg/ mL 和 0.5 μg/ mL。

Thiocillin I (2 μM; 24 hours; U-2OS C3 osteosarcoma cells) is not proteasome inhibitor, and does not stabilize expression of multiple cellular proteins and suppresses FoxM1 expression in U-2OS C3 osteosarcoma cells.
