P815小鼠肥大细胞瘤细胞性质、用途与生产工艺

简介

P815小鼠肥大细胞瘤细胞源自DBA/2小鼠的肥大细胞瘤；P815细胞可吞噬乳胶微球，但不吞噬酵母聚糖或卡介苗；P815细胞没有抗体依赖的细胞介导的细胞毒作用。硫酸右旋糖酐、LPS或PPD不能抑制P815细胞生长；P815细胞产生溶菌酶，鼠痘病毒阴性。
