Cyclodextrin (Cyclodextrin, abbreviated as CD) is the general term for a series of cyclic oligosaccharides produced by the cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase produced by Bacillus amylose, usually containing 6-12 D-pyrans Glucose unit.
