Diclazuril belongs to the triazine phenylacetonitrile compound, which is a new, efficient (only 1g of this compound is added per ton of feed), low toxicity (no poisoning phenomenon is found in an excess of 50 times) anti coccidiosis drug, and is widely used for chicken coccidiosis. In addition, it has preventive and therapeutic effects on various coccidia, and can also be used to prevent and avoid coccidiosis in ducks, quails, turkeys, geese, and rabbits. Diclazuril is a brand new artificially synthesized non ionic carrier type anti coccidian drug. The product has an anti coccidian index of over 180 against the six main types of Eimeria in chickens, and is a highly effective anti coccidian drug. It also has the characteristics of low toxicity, broad-spectrum, small dosage, wide safety range, no withdrawal period, no toxic side effects, no cross resistance, and is not affected by the feed granulation process. This product can be added to feed for a long time without stopping the medication before slaughter. (Does not affect the export of broilers); It will not affect the growth and development of livestock and poultry. Diclazuril has excellent effects on chicken tenderness, heap type, toxicity, Brucella, and giant Eimeria. After treatment, in addition to effectively controlling the occurrence and death of cecal coccidia, it can even cause the complete disappearance of infected chicken coccidia oocysts. It has good effects on duck coccidia and rabbit coccidia. Clinical trials showed that the control effect of diclazuril on coccidiosis was better than other conventional anti coccidiosis drugs and monensin plasma carrier anti coccidiosis drugs; The application of dexamethasone is still effective against Eimeria tenella, which is resistant to fluoropurine (Arprinocid), hydroxypyridine chloride, Changshan ketone, oxybenzoguanidine, and monensin. For example, a feed concentration of 1mg/kg can effectively control duck coccidiosis, and its effectiveness even exceeds that of polyether antibiotics. 1mg/kg of drug feed is highly effective against liver and intestinal coccidia in rabbits. Its disadvantage is that long-term medication can lead to drug resistance, so shuttle medication or short-term use or alternating use with other anti coccidiosis drugs should be used.

Taking turns using medication, for chickens raised within a year, using one type of anticoccidial drug in the first half of the year and another type of anticoccidial drug in the second half of the year can make the resistance generate electricity or not, extending the lifespan of the anticoccidial drug.
