Organic hydrogen containing trialkoxysilane is one of the important intermediates in organic silicon chemistry and industry, second only to organohalosilane in importance in the organic silicon industry. The chemical formula is HSi (OR) 3, where R is generally a directly connected alkane with less than 4 carbon atoms.

Purpose

It is an important raw material for synthesizing silane coupling agents and can also be used to manufacture silicone oil, polysilane, etc
