What is the crystal structure of chromium silicide?

Chromium silicide, a compound formed from chromium and silicon, is a material that has garnered interest due to its potential applications in various fields such as thermoelectric devices, semiconductors, and high-temperature structural materials. CrxSiy binary compounds contain four phases and three different lattice types, namely square (Cr5Si3), cubic (CrSi, Cr3Si), and hexagonal (CrSi2) crystals. cr3Si has the highest melting point (1770 ℃), and CrSi has the lowest melting point (1413 ℃). the crystal structure of the CrxSiy system is shown in the following figure:
