Steps:

2.1. General Procedure for the Preparation of Ureas (I- VI)

General procedure: A mixture of the corresponding 10 mmol 4/3-aminoacetophenone and 10 mmol corresponding phenyl isocyanate, benzyl isocyanate or phenethyl isocyanate were dissolved in recently prepared dry acetone (50 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature under a nitrogen atmosphere for eight hours. After the reaction was completed, the acetone was evaporated under vacuum. The resulting solid was crystallised with ethanol [43].
