Steps:

1.2 (2) Preparation of 2-amino-5-nitrobenzoic acid (IV)
10 ° C, 3.3 g of 5-nitroisatin (III, 0.017 mol) was weighed,Slowly added to 100mL (1mol / L) sodium hydroxide solution,Stirring and dissolving completely, control reaction temperature about 10 ,100 mL (0.026 mol) of 3% hydrogen peroxide was slowly added dropwise,Stirring continued after 3h, with glacial acetic acid to adjust pH = 3 ~ 4,The crude product was filtered off, washed with a small amount of water and dried to give 2.4 g of yellow product (IV) in a yield of 76.7%
