Add 300 g of 75% sulfuric acid solution and 100 g of 2,4,6-trifluoro-3,5-dichlorobenzonitrile into a 500 ml reaction flask, start stirring, heat up to 160~165C for 10 hours, and stop the reaction. The reaction system was lowered to room temperature, filtered, and the filter cake was washed with water and dried to obtain 103.85 g of 2,4,6-trifluoro-3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid, with a yield of 95.8% and a purity of 99.1%.
