3-Bromo-benzo [b] thiophene (3-bromobenzo [b] thiophene) 10g (46.9mmol), fuming HNO3was stirred (100%) 4mL, 30 minutes after the mixed solution in 1.5L AcOH 60 .After the reaction was completed by recrystallization distilled water at room temperature to give 11.7g of the desired compound 4-6 (97%).
