In a 250 mL reactor, carbazole (30 g), 30 mL of cyclohexane, 20 g of trifluoroacetic anhydride and 80 g of heavy water were added, and the reactor was placed at 240° C. for stirring and reaction for 24 hours.After the reaction was completed, the degree of deuteration was 79% detected by GC-MS.After repeating the reaction for 4 times, 24.3 g of deuterated carbazole was obtained, the yield was 97%, the deuterated degree was 99%, and the content was 99%.
