Yield:42874-03-3 105.2 g

Reaction Conditions:

in toluene at 30 - 50; for 4 h;

Steps:

1; 2 Example 1:
Put 300g of DMSO, 160g of tert-butanol and 215g of potassium hydroxide into a 1000L four-necked flask, raise the temperature to 70, dropwise add 200g of 3,4-dichlorobenzotrifluoride, control the reaction temperature to 98%. Filter with suction, and rinse the filter cake with 50g DMSO. The filtrate was de-solventized under reduced pressure, and 400 g of toluene was added after de-solventization was completed.Add 26.5g potassium hydroxide to 90g ethanol to prepare potassium alkoxide, heat the above toluene solution to 30°C, add the prepared potassium alkoxide dropwise to the above toluene solution, control the reaction temperature to be less than 50°C, the dripping is complete, the reaction is kept warm 4h.Sampling and analysis showed that the conversion rate of nitrate was >99%. The reaction mixture was cooled, washed with water, layered, the upper layer of benzene oil was washed twice with water, desolvated, recrystallized with ethanol, and dried to obtain 105.2 g of oxyfluorfen with a content of 97.2%.
