Dehydroxylcannabidiol (DH-CBD) is a synthetic nonpsychoactive cannabinoid th at alleviate acute pain and chronic inflammatory pain by targeting α3 GlyRs. Dehydroxylcannabidio restores the function of both hyperekplexic mutant GlyRα1 and GABAAR in the presence of GlyRα1R271Q. Apparently dehydroxylcannabidiol interrupts the protein interaction GlyRα1 and GABAAR. |
