[Synthesis] Methyl (R) 4-oxo-4,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylate could used as a starting material to synthesize MK-4618 Pyrimidinone Acid Sodium Salt. The obtained crude product was washed with cold IPA (6 L) and toluene (6 L) and dried under vacuum with nitrogen sweep overnight.
