AH 11110 Hydrochloride is an α1B-adrenoceptor selective drug. AH 11110 Hydrochloride has been shown to interact with α1-adrenoceptors as well as α2-adrenoceptors. | [Biological Activity]
A subtype-selective ligand for the α 1B -adrenoceptor. The pK i values for binding to rat fibroblast cell membranes expressing α 1B (hamster), α 1A (bovine) and α 1D (rat) are 7.1, 5.59, and 5.68 respectively. Appears to be non-selective between α 1 subtypes and α 2 receptors in smooth muscle preparations. | [storage]
