Tetrahydrofurfuryl nicotinate is a derivative of Nicotinic Acid (N429250), a precursor of the coenzymes NAD and NADP. Widely distributed in nature; appreciable amounts are found in liver , fish, yeast and cereal grains. Dietary deficiency is associated with pellagra.
