1,4-二恶烷性质、用途与生产工艺
1,4-二恶烷是一种致癌物质,常在地下水中被检出,溶解度大,具有高度的流动性,不易被生物降解。
1,4-二恶烷在药物制造中用作纯化剂,是生产聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)塑料的副产品
短期暴露于高浓度的1,4-二恶烷可能导致恶心、嗜睡、头痛和眼睛、鼻子、喉咙发炎。1,4-二恶烷易通过肺部和胃肠道吸收,部分1,4-二恶烷也可能通过皮肤,但大部分会在被吸收前蒸发。被吸收的1,4-二恶烷会在肺、肝、肾、脾、结肠和骨骼肌组织中迅速分布均匀。
1,4-二恶烷具有弱遗传毒性,对人类生殖的影响尚不清楚,但一项针对大鼠的发育研究表明,1,4-二恶烷对发育中的大鼠胎儿有轻微毒性。
动物研究表明,暴露于1,4-二恶烷后,鼻腔、肝脏和胆囊肿瘤的发病率增加。
EPA已将1,4-二恶烷的所有接触途径归入“可能对人类致癌”。
美国卫生与公众服务部表示,基于实验动物研究获得的充分的致癌性证据,可以合理地预测1,4-二恶烷是一种人类致癌物。
美国国家职业安全与健康研究所(NIOSH)认为,1,4-二恶烷是一种潜在的职业致癌物。
欧盟已将1,4-二恶烷列为致癌作用证据有限的一类。
