2-(4-异丁基苯基)丙醛性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
液体。沸点120-130℃/1.09kPa。
用途
布洛芬的中间体。
生产方法
用异丁基苯与氯乙酰在无水三氯化铝参与下反应,生成4-异丁基苯乙酮。再将后者与氯乙酸乙酯在异丙醇钠参与下缩合,得3-(4-异丁基苯基)-2,3-环氧丁酸乙酯,进而以氢氧化钠溶液水解得3-(4-异丁基苯基)-2,3-环氧丁酸钠,最后酸化并脱羧制得该品。
