格隆溴铵中间体性质、用途与生产工艺
用途
胃长宁的中间体。
生产方法
用苯乙烯以高锰酸钾氧化,生成苯乙酮酸,然后与甲醇在硫酸参与下酯化得苯乙酮酸甲酯,将后者与环戊二烯加成(格氏反应,先以金属镁、无水乙醚、溴乙烷制成格氏试剂),得α-环戊二烯基扁桃酸甲酯,进而在活性镍作用下加压催化氢化,最后与N-甲基吡咯烷-3-醇酯交换制得该品。
