By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgG1. Cross reactivity with other immunoglobulins is less than 2%. This antibody may cross react with IgG1 from other species.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1 (HRP) (ab97240)

IHC image of Histone H1.0 staining in human colon formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section*. The section was pre-treated using pressure cooker heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 30mins. The section was incubated with ab11080, 7.5µg/ml overnight at +4°C. An HRP-conjugated secondary (ab97240, 1/2000 dilution) was used for 1hr at room temperature. The section was counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

用途

HRP山羊抗小鼠IGG1是一类可以特异性结合小鼠IGG1的多克隆抗体，主要用于检测小鼠IGG1的Western Blot、IHC-P、IF、ELISA、Co-IP等多种免疫学实验。

背景

IgG亚类是指lgG1-lgG3与抗原形成免疫复合物，通过经典途径活化补体，发挥溶菌、溶细胞等作用。
根据免疫球蛋白G分子中γ链抗原性差异，人免疫球蛋白G有4个亚类：免疫球蛋白G 1、免疫球蛋白G 2、免疫球蛋白G 3和免疫球蛋白G 4（小鼠4个亚类是免疫球蛋白G 1、免疫球蛋白G 2a、免疫球蛋白G 2b和免疫球蛋白G 3）。其中免疫球蛋白G 3γ3铰链区含有62个氨基酸残基，具有4个重复γ1铰链区（15个氨基酸残基）的串连结构，重链间二硫键数量多，约10～15个，因此易被蛋白酶裂解，半衰期也较短。

应用

HRP山羊抗小鼠IGG1用于TLR2-STAT3通路在过敏性炎症发病机制的作用研究。
