还原紫 3性质、用途与生产工艺

化学性质

红紫色粉末。不溶于水、乙醇和有机溶剂。于浓硫酸中呈暗绿色，稀释后呈微红光紫色。于保险粉碱性溶液中呈黄色，于酸性液中无色。

用途

还原红紫 RRN 使用性能与还原红紫 RH (C.I.73385) 近似，属光脆性染料。主要用于棉纤维染色和棉布印花，亲和力和匀染性均好。用于染蚕丝，匀染性和亲和力也好。也适用于染羊毛、锦纶、维纶。还可与溴靛蓝、还原棕 RRD 拼染黑色，与还原艳桃红 R、橙 RF、大红 GGN 等也能拼色。

生产方法

以 4-氯-2，5-二甲苯基巯基乙酸为原料，用氯磺酸闭环、氧化即得产物。。
