伏立康唑的主要代谢物为伏立康唑N-氧化物(voriconazoleN-oxide,VNO),主要通过细胞色素CYP450氧化酶包括CYP3A4、CYP2C19和CYP2C9代谢,其中CYP2C19是主要的代谢酶。伏立康唑N-氧化物抗真菌活性弱,研究表明伏立康唑N-氧化物可以抑制CYP3A4或CYP2C19的体外代谢活性。
