生物活性

MJ33-OH 是 MJ33 的代谢产物。MJ33 是一种活性位点定向的、特异的、竞争性的和可逆性的磷脂酶 A2 (PLA2) 抑制剂。MJ33 阻断 Prdx6 的非钙依赖性磷脂酶A2 (iPLA2) 活性。

MJ33 (0.5 μM/kg; by tail vein, at 24 h before MCAO) significantly blocks the increase IL-1β, IL-17 and IL-23 in rats stimulated by Prdx6 siRNA treatment.
Compared with the Prdx6 siRNA group, combined exposure to Prdx6 siRNA and MJ33 significantly downregulates the mRNA and protein expression of NF-κB, iNOS and COX-2.
