N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-9H-carbazole-3-carboxamide性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
该品熔点为258-259℃，可溶于丁醇和吡啶，不溶于水，微溶于碳酸钠溶液。在硫酸溶液中呈棕黄色，在氢氧化钠溶液中呈黄色，并具有绿色荧光。
用途
主要用作棉织物染色和印花的打底剂。与一般色基偶合可得红棕、黄红等色光；与金属络合的冰染色基（如Variogen Base)偶合，可得蓝色，牢度优异，色光接近安安蓝。
生产方法
以咔唑和对氯苯胺为基本原料。咔唑经发烟硫酸进行磺化，用氢氧化钠进行碱熔，水解后用硫酸钠成盐，再用二氧化碳进行碳酸化，而后再用碳酸钠成盐。然后与对氯苯胺及三氯化磷缩合，经蒸馏，过滤及干燥而得。
