生物活性

2-Methylthioadenosine diphosphate trisodium (2-Methylthio-ADP trisodium) 是一种有效的嘌呤能 P2Y 受体激动剂，对人 P2Y13、小鼠 P2Y13 和人 P2Y12 的 EC50 分别为 19、6.2 和 5 nM。2-Methylthioadenosine diphosphate trisodium 对人 P2Y1 和大鼠 P2Y6 的 pEC50 分别为 8.29 和 5.75。2-Methylthioadenosine diphosphate trisodium 诱导血小板聚集和形态改变，并抑制前列腺素E1作用下血小板内环腺苷酸的积累。

体外研究

2-Methylthioadenosine diphosphate trisodium (2-Methylthio-ADP trisodium) is a powerful aggregating agent for human platelets. 2-Methylthioadenosine diphosphate trisodium is also a powerful inhibitor of the accumulation of cyclic AMP in intact platelets exposed to PGE1 and a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.
