安体舒通的中间体。
生产方法
可用17α-乙炔基-3β,17β-二羟基雄甾-5-烯与甲基碘化镁反应,然后乙炔基上羧化、水解,生成3β,17β-二羟基雄甾-5-烯-17α-丙炔酸,继而经成盐、催化氢化得3β,17β-二羟基雄甾-5-烯-17α-丙酸钾,最后经内酯化并氧化(3-位羟基)制得该品。
