2,5-脱氧果糖嗪性质、用途与生产工艺
第一步:称取5g果糖和15g氯化铵,溶于500g蒸馏水中搅拌使之混合均匀。 第二步:将配好的果糖和外加氮源的水溶液置于反应容器中,设置反应温度为120℃,反应时间为2小时。反应结束后,取出少量2,5-脱氧果糖嗪粗产品的混合液进行分析。得到果糖的转化率为100%,2,5-脱氧果糖嗪的摩尔收率为60%。 第三步:将2,5-脱氧果糖嗪粗产品的混合液旋蒸浓缩,加入300ml乙醇和甲酸(v/v=1:6),过滤,去除不溶杂质,滤液静置10小时,结晶得到产品2,5-脱氧果糖嗪,结晶产物的纯度≥98%。
2,5-脱氧果糖嗪为杂环有机物,可用作杂质对照品。
