ab6326 staining BrdU in mouse small intestine tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with acetone and blocked with protein blocking solution for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) in Ab diluent for 1 hour. A HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-rat IgG H&L (ab6734) (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.

简介

抗大鼠IgG-HRP抗体是以大鼠IgG为抗原制得的免疫抗体，可以特异性结合大鼠IgG。主要用于检测大鼠IgG的Western Blot、IHC-P、IF、ELISA、Co-IP等多种免疫学实验。HRP通常来源于辣根（因此称辣根过氧化物酶），是临床检验试剂中的常用酶。该产品不但广泛用于多个生化检测项目，也广泛运用于免疫类（ELISA）试剂盒。
