C16-PAF (PAF (C16)) 是一种磷脂介质,是血小板活化因子,也是 PAF G 蛋白偶联受体 (PAFR) 的配体。C16-PAF 表现出抗凋亡作用,并通过激活 PAFR 来抑制 caspase 依赖性死亡。C16-PAF 是有效的 MAPK 和 MEK/ERK 激活剂。C16-PAF 诱导血管通透性增加。
