二辛基锡硫醇盐性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
淡黄色液体。凝固点<-35℃,相对密度1.055-1.075(20/4℃),折光率1.490-1.500。易溶于酯、醚、酮、醇、脂肪烃、芳烃、氯烃及主要的增塑剂,不溶于水。
用途
本品为聚氯乙烯稳定剂,具有优良的热稳定性加工适应性。初期着色性小,制品的透明性高,印刷性好。适用于硬质和软质制品,如板材、管材、薄膜与各种包装容器等。由于本品含有较大的酯基,与树脂的相容性好,有一定的增塑作用,可降低硬质制品的热变形温度。又因在提炼混合过程中无需溶剂或稀释剂,所得的制品光泽宜人,耐抽出性和化学稳定性高。因本品无润滑作用,所以配方中应加入适当的润滑剂。本品的耐候性了较差,而且有臭味,不能与铅或镉稳定剂并用,因为两者有可能生成有着色性的硫化物。但可与二月桂酸二正丁基锡并用,改善加工性。本品的用量一般为1-3份。1975年,有机锡稳定剂的世界消费量就已达到2.5万吨。有机锡化合物是高效的稳定剂,其主要特点是具有高度的透明性(特别是对于硬制品)、突出的耐热性,并耐硫化污染、随着聚氯乙烯硬质透明制品需要量的增加和有机锡化合物生产成本的降低,有机锡稳定剂的消费量呈增长的趋势。本品毒性较低,大白鼠口服LD50为1277毫克/公斤。
生产方法
由二正辛基氧化锡与硫代甘醇酸(2-乙基己酯)反应而得。将二正辛基氧化锡悬浮于水中,加热至60℃,在半小时内加入硫代甘醇酸(2-乙基己基),将此混合物于60℃搅拌30分钟,分出水层,经干燥,过滤,即得成品。
