Description

Cathepsin Inhibitor 2 is a potent Cathepsin S inhibitor extracted from patent WO2009123623A1, has a Ki of <20 nM.

Cathepsin Inhibitor 2 (Please refer to paragraph 0229 for detailed information) potently inhibits Cathepsin S, Cathepsin F, Cathepsin L, and Cathepsin B with Kis of <20 nM, 21-500 nM, 21-500 nM, and 21-500 nM, respectively[1].
