Preparation
(C.I. 64510) department is 1,5-Diaminoanthraquinone bromine into?1,5- diamino-2 ,4,6,8- tetrachloro-anthraquinone, then and ?p-Methylaniline condensation, stlfonation, and translated into sodium salt. Note: aniline and m-Toluidine?similar products. (C.I. 64515) department is anthraquinone two nitration for 1,5-Dinitroanthracene-9,10-dione and 1,8-Dinitroanthracene-9,10-dione mixture, then reduction, chlorinated into four chlorine derivatives, again with a condensation of p-Methylaniline, stlfonation, and translated into sodium salt.
Properties and Applications
dark green light blue. Red light dark blue powder, fights for sensitive, not soluble in cold water, slightly soluble in hot water (red light blue), slightly soluble in ethanol and a bright blue. The strong sulfuric acid for red, dilute to blue. Its water solution to join sodium hydroxide have dark purple precipitation.
