Uses
L 651142 is a weak platelet activating factor (PAF) receptor antagonist. L 651142 inhibits the binding of [3H]PAF to rabbit platelet, human platelet or human lung membranes with Kis of 0.839 μM, 1.82 μM, 3.64 μM, respectively[1].
