N-Nitrosometoprolol is an N-nitroso derivative of rac Metoprolol(M338815), which is a β1 selective aryloxypropanolamine andrenergic antagonist. Used in the treatment of a variety of cardiovascular disorder. N-Nitrosometoprolol can be used to assess human and rat hepatocytes.
