Detect Stem Cell Factor using this Anti-Stem Cell Factor Antibody validated for use in ELISA, WB, NEUT.', 'ELISA: To detect mSCF by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) a concentration of at lease 0.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required. Should allow detection of 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant mSCF. Neutralization: For ½ maximal inhibition (ND50) of the bioogical activity of mSCF (20 ng/mL), a concentration of 0.64 - 0.97 μg/mL is required. Western blot: 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL, this dilution should offer a detection limit of 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
