Description

Polyglycerol-2 stearate is much better than that of monoglycerol fatty acid ester, because polyglycerol-2 stearate has more There are many hydrophilic hydroxyl groups, and its hydrophilicity increases with the increase of glycerol polymerization degree. The lipophilicity of polyglycerol-2 stearate emulsifier varies with fatty acid alkyl groups. Chemical Properties

Dipolyglycerol monostearate is yellow semi-solid waxy, strong acid resistance, insoluble in water, dispersible in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and oil saponification value 91mg/kgKOH/g, hydroxyl value 457, HLB value 11.3. Good hydrophilic performance, it has a unique emulsification and stabilization effect under the acidic condition of 120 °C.

Uses
