Azidoethyl-SS-ethylalcohol is a Click Chemistry-ready crosslinker. The azide group enables Click Chemistry. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc.
Biological Activity
Azidoethyl-SS-ethylamine is a cleavable ADC linker that can be used to synthesize antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
