Description
An acotinine alkaloid isolated from A coniturn vilrnorrianurn , the base forms colourless crystals from EtOH. Four methoxyl groups, two hydroxyl groups and an ethylimino group are present. Hydrolysis with alcoholic KOH yields an anisic acid derivative and a syrupy aminoalcohol. The structure is not yet known with certainty.
