4,4,5,5-TetraMethyl-2-(3-triphenylen-2-yl-phenyl)-[1,3,2]dioxaborolane can be used as organic synthesis intermediates and pharmaceutical intermediates, mainly for laboratory research and development Process and chemical production process.
Synthesis
In a nitrogen atmosphere, 100 g (326 mmol) of 2-bromotriphenylene was dissolved in dimethylformamide(Pinacolato diboron) 99.2 (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) was dissolved in 1,000 mL of dimethylformamide (DMF)G (391 mmol) and 1,1'-bis (diphenylphosphine) ferrocene) dichloropalladium (II) (1,1-Bis (diphenylphosphine) ferrocene) dichloropalladium (II)) 2.66 g (3.26 mmol) and potassium acetate 80 g (815 mmol) of potassium acetate were added and the mixture was refluxed by heating at 150 DEG C for 5 hours. After completing the reaction,Water was added to the solution, the mixture was filtered, and then dried in a vacuum oven.
