Description

Dehydroeburonic acid is a natural compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. It also inhibits the production of alcohol by the horse's liver, thereby reducing the risk of Alzheimer's disease. It is a white crystalline powder with a chemical structure similar to lanosterol, which is a xanthine inhibitor. The product can be used as a standard for qualitative or quantitative analysis, as well as a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical ingredient.

Biological Activity

Dehydrotrametenolic acid is a sterol isolated from the sclerotium of Poria cocos. Dehydrotrametenolic acid induces apoptosis through caspase-3 pathway. Dehydrotrametenolic acid has anti-tumor activity, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic effects.
