The Human Protein Atlas project can be subdivided into three efforts: Human Tissue Atlas, Cancer Atlas, and Human Cell Atlas. + channel that regulates the translocation of electrolytes and fluids across the epithelium. SCNN1A is expressed in human pulmonary, pancreatic, hepatic and renal tissues . This channel protein is also involved in the synthesis of ion conductive pores across membranes . Anti-SCNN1A antibody is specific for SCCN1A in humans.
