Description

tert-Butyl (4S,5R)-4-formyl-2,2,5-trimethyl-1,3-oxazolidine-3-carboxylate is used in the stereoselective synthesis of (E)-alkene dipeptide isoteres. It is also used in the synthesis of amino sugars and sphingosines.
