Description

N-[(4S)-4-amino-5-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]pentyl]-N'-nitroguanidine tris(trifluoroacetate) salt is a cell-permeable, potent and highly selective inhibitor of NOS1 (nNOS) (Ki = 120 nM) and displays >2500-fold and 320-fold selectivity over NOS3 (eNOS) and NOS2 (iNOS), respectively.
