Description

BIS(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl)maleate (CAS# 55003-96-8) is used as a surfactant after sulfonation to its sulfosuccinate derivative for its flocculation and redispersion properties. BIS(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl)maleate is also a basis for superhydrophobic and oleophobic coatings.
