Description
Ethylammonium bromide (EABr) can be used as an additive for perovskite materials, helping to delay the crystal growth of perovskite films, resulting in highly crystalline perovskite films with micro-sized grains (>1 μm) and reduced grain boundaries. Obtaining high-quality perovskite films is the basis for the production of highly efficient inorganic perovskite solar cells.
