S-Methyl-N,N-diethylthiocarbamate Sulfoxide, is an oxygenated metabolite of Disulfiram (Antabuse) that is capable of in vitro inactivation of liver mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.3, ALDH).
