Use

Suberic Acid Bis(3-sulfo-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester)-d4 is isotope labelled water soluble, amine reactive homobifunctional cross-linking reagent. The use of isotope labelled cross-linker allows the de termination of more accurate mass of intact cross-linked products, allowing the verification of amino acid sequences of cross-linked species by mass spectroscopy.
